A. When you schedule an appointment we take that seriously and know that your time is important. We routinely give you a 2-3 hour window during which our repairman will arrive. We use this approach so that when the job before yours takes longer than anticipated, the technician can finish his work and still get to your home within the promised timeframe. And, the repairman will always call you ten to fifteen minutes before arriving at your residence.
